How to Prepare

No need to defrost. Remove from outer pouch and place the sealed pack in simmering water for 15-20 minutes. That's it — once hot, pull apart, and serve however you like.

"Why do you have to put MSG in your delicious food? 15 min after I tried you smoke BBQ BRISKET I was running to the loo with a churning stomach. It was gluten and dairy free, and I’m a carnivore. I was so excited, you did warn me it may have something else in it, but it was such a healthy food I didn’t dream it would have MSG. It’s a brilliant product but I had to feed the products I bought to my husband, who has a cast iron stomach. MSG is a neurotoxin and it’s makes food addictive. It is one of the eleven secret ingredients in KFC! I’m sorry to have to say this, you guys were so passionate about your products. This was a year ago, you may have changed it by now."
