Shipping policy

FROZEN PRODUCTS

We use various courier companies to ensure your frozen products are delivered safely. All of our products are smoked, processed and packaged to order, so please allow 7-10 working days for them to arrive.

Shipping is calculated based on order value:
Order value below $79 will be charged at $24
Order value between $80 and $150 will be charged at $15
Order value over $150 will be charged at $10

RURAL DELIVERIES

We currently do not deliver frozen products to rural addresses. Please ensure you provide a residential address for delivery (keep in mind we cannot prevent rural orders from being placed!)

DELIVERY TIP

We recommend being home (or nearby) to receive your order, as frozen products need to be placed directly in a freezer. Larger or bulk orders may be left outside for a short period, but this is at your own risk.
