TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE SALES

1. General Information:
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all online sales of frozen and chilled meat products by Chur Bol BBQ Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") through our website. By placing an order with us, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to these Terms.

2. Order and Payment:
All orders must be placed through our website. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept credit and debit cards. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase.

3. Shipping and Delivery:
We ship our products frozen or chilled, depending on the product. Delivery times and methods will be confirmed at the time of purchase. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

4. Responsibility and Risk:
Once the frozen or chilled meat products leave our warehouse, all risk and responsibility for the products pass to you, the Customer. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the products after they have left our control, unless a product recall is issued.

5. Product Recalls:
In the event of a product recall, we will notify you immediately and provide instructions on how to return or dispose of the affected products. In such cases, we will offer a refund or replacement for the recalled products.

6. Returns and Refunds:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the products have left our warehouse, except in cases of a product recall or if the product is defective upon receipt. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
