Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the products have left our warehouse, except in cases of a product recall or if the product is defective upon receipt.
If the product delivered does not correspond with your product ordered or it has arrived in a faulty or damaged state, please contact us ASAP at admin@churbolbbq.co.nz. We will request photo proof of the unsatisfactory product within 24 hours. If we are in agreement, we will credit your account or arrange a replacement delivery.
