At Chur Bol we know one thing for sure, that life’s too short to be unhappy. After all it’s why we’re here!

Back in 2022, our founder Nick decided enough was enough, he could no longer endure the serious toll that the construction industry was taking on his mental health. It was affecting his relationships, his business, his whole life. It was time to make a change…

So, he sat down, took a long hard look at himself and worked out what it was he was most passionate about. The answer was: whānau, food and fun. And so Chur Bol was born.

Taking the most gorgeous ingredients and adding time, love and a sprinkle of fun is what’s made Chur Bol the cheeky success story it is today.

It’s why every single thing we do is so full of love you can literally taste the happiness. From selecting only the finest ingredients, to our handmade sauces, and the way everything is smoked low and slow to absolute perfection. It all adds up to create a dish that can’t fail to make you smile.
