A lighter, healthy version for those warm summer evenings...
 
YOU WILL NEED:
  • Chur Bol Brisket or Pork
  • Bean Salad- we love sweetcorn, red onion, black beans, tomato and coriander
  • Nacho Chips
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Sour Cream
Heat the Chur Bol as per the instructions. Finely chop your red onion, tomato, and coriander and combine with the sweetcorn and black beans to create a delicious bean salad. Place in a bowl with your favourite nacho chips. Top with Chur Bol, add BBQ sauce and a dollop of sour cream. Enjoy!
