Our smoked BBQ Lamb Shoulder is smoked low and slow over 12 hours to create a flavour profile that penetrates deep into the meat, resulting in lamb that even people who dislike lamb can't get enough of! It literally melts in the mouth. And the best bit, you can take it from freezer to plate in just 15 minutes! Boom!
